Russian Railways is ready for the Olympic Games
First long-distance double-deck coaches were introduced by the Russian Railways in Moscow on November 1. The new vehicles will operate on overnight services from Moscow to Sochi. The new comfortable trains consist of 38 first class, four second class, four staff and four dining cars compartment coaches. They all are equipped with air-conditioners, retention toilets, Wi-Fi and LED lighting.
This will provide additional capacity on services between Moscow and Krasnodar for the coming Olympics, which will take place in Sochi in February 2014.
